The volunteers help with anything from handing out food to the kids, organising them in the letter, making sure they’re safe, sending out press releases, contacting media, meeting the press at the event, and taking pictures of, or filming at the event. All the volunteers will get a personalised Letter Of Appreciation as a thanks for their support.
